Hyderabad: Car hits two, driver is suspected to be minor

According to Chatrinaka police, the mishap took place at about 10.45 am on Saturday.

Hyderabad: Two persons received injuries when a four-wheeler went out of control and rammed into them under Chatrinaka police limits on Saturday. The four-wheeler reportedly halted after ramming into a medical shop in the area.

According to Chatrinaka police, the mishap took place at about 10.45 am on Saturday. The car was on its way to  Chandrayangutta when the driver lost control and rammed into Venkatesh, 55, a cyclist, and then Santosh, 20, who was waiting outside the medical store.

Both victims are out of danger, the police said.   

“We have registered a case under Sections 279 (rash driving) and 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the IPC,” sub-inspector B. Aravind Goud said.  The police is investigating to find out if the occupants of the car were minors.
