Tirupati: Two youths killed, third injured as bike slips

After the college hours the three youth were riding back home in Tirupati on one bike where they stayed with friends.

Tirupati:Two youths were killed and one injured after the bike they were riding on slipped on the road, while overtaking a bus at Srinivasa Mangapuram near Tirupati on Thursday.

According to MR Palle police division SI K. Eswaraiah, the three youth were students of a private college. They where pursuing their master's degree in business administration.

After the college hours the three youth were riding back home in Tirupati on one bike where they stayed with friends.

The bike was owned by one of the deceased. While crossing Sriniva-samangapuram, the biker lost control of his vehicle and slipped beside the bus while overtaking it. Two of them identified as B. Praveen Kumar, 22, native of Anantapur, and J. Naresh, 22, native of Nellore, died on the spot while the third, Karthik, 22, sustained major injuries.
