TD to raise 17 issues, BJP 14, for discussion

Vijayawada: The I & PR minister said that members of the house will be taken to the Polavaram project site on a tour to witness the progress of the construction.
The BAC decided that the TD will raise 17 issues and the BJP 14, for discussion during the ongoing sessions. There will also be a special discussion on drought and rainfall deficit in the session.
Before going to the Assembly, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu paid floral tributes to TD founder N T Rama Rao at his statue at Venkatayapalem. He expressed dissatisfaction over the poor attendance of elected representatives from the party at the tribute-paying to NTR.
