The facility is estimated to cost ₹1,571 crore. Health Minister T. Harish Rao inspected the construction site and, at a review meeting, instructed senior officials to plan the activities for the health department.

The minister directed officials to organise programmes showcasing the health department's achievements and the exemplary services provided to the public.

A comprehensive pamphlet illustrating healthcare progress on a district-wise basis will be prepared, unveiled, and distributed on Health Day. Exceptional performers, including ASHA workers, ANMs, staff nurses, lab technicians, and doctors, will be felicitated with mementoes of appreciation.
