Andhra Pradesh: Four IAS officers transferred

Vijayawada: Four IAS officers have been transferred in the state. Vijayawada joint-collector Gandham Chandrudu has been posted as director, Tribal Welfare. 

Dr M. Padma has been appointed as managing director, AP Brahmin Welfare Corporation Limited, and K. Vijaya has been appointed as joint-collector, Krishna district, according to orders issued by Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar on Thursday.

Dr Padma, special commissioner, Tribal Welfare, has been transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Revenue (Endowments) Department to post her as managing director, AP Brahmin Welfare Corporation Limited. 

Mr Gandham Chandrudu, joint-collector and additional district magistrate, Krishna district, is transferred and posted as director, Tribal welfare. 

Mrs K. Vijaya, sub-collector, Rajahmundry, who is under orders of transfer, is posted as joint collector & additional district magistrate, Krishna district.

Mr K.R.B.H.N. Chakravarthy, additional director-general, AP Human Resources Development Institute, Bapatla, is transferred and his service are placed at the disposal of the Department for Women, Children, Differently Abled and Senior Citizens to post him as managing director, Andhra Pradesh Differently Abled and Senior Citizens Assistance Corporation (APDASCAC).
