Poachgate: Post-HC directions, CBI officials to register FIR

A team of officials from Delhi will visit the city for the purpose of investigating the case.

HYDERABAD: Following directions of the High Court, CBI officials have initiated the process of registering a FIR in connection with the MLAs poach-gate case.
Senior officials of CBI in Delhi came in touch with their Hyderabad officials to coordinate with them to take up the task. A team of officials from Delhi will visit the city for the purpose of investigating the case.

Sources said that the CBI officials are likely to register the FIR by tomorrow and collect information from SIT officers, who had investigated earlier. Cyberabad police registered a case against the accused Ramachandra Bharathi, K. Nandu  Kumar and D.P.S.K.V.N. Simahyaji in the poachgate case.
