ANANTAPUR: Interestingly, the real estate boom has turned into possible growth at the newly proposed district headquarters within Hindupur Lok Sabha’s jurisdiction.

Sources said that Satyasai Trust has many buildings and lands and assured support to the state government if Puttaparthi will be considered as the district headquarters. Similarly, there was demand from Hindupur public to consider Hindupur which has all feasibilities, including connectivity, to all other parts within the Lok Sabha’s jurisdiction.
The realtors have been eyeing on Hindupur and Puttaparthi and have begun purchasing lands. K. Prasad, a trader, from Hindupur observed that the real estate boom is attracted towards Hindupur as prices have increased on the outskirts of the municipality. “If the district headquarters is set up, related offices will also come up which will have a positive impact on real trade,” he assessed.
