Speed up road laying works: KT Ramarao

RAJANNA SIRCILLA: Minister for IT K.T. Ramarao on Friday expressed displeasure over the delay in completion of road laying works in the Sircilla town by the Roads and Buildings Department. The minister asked the officials to take the help of the Administrative Staff College of India in preparing  new plans for various development works and waste management.

The minister was reviewing the development works being taken up in Sircilla at his camp office in Hyderabad.

Mr Ramarao asked the R&B officials to speed up  road works and to complete them in the given time and verified the designs prepared for new tank.

He asked the officials to select suitable land for construction of district library in the town and also for the construction of integrated indoor stadium.

The Asci staff told the minister to visit the  Sircilla town soon to come out with new development plans and  set up waste management system.

Director of municipal administration Sridevi and Sircilla municipal chairperson Samala Pavani were present.
