GHMC e-auction update on February 12

Hyderabad: The HMDA has completed 95 per cent of mapping of lands which will be sold for Rs 500 crore through e-auction. A total of 1.30 lakh sq yd land — consisting of 30 stray bits, 76 open plots and 54 gift lands — will be sold to generate Rs 483.45 crore in the auction.

The geo-coding of the land was done with the help of geographical information system, a HMDA official said. 

A notification will be issued on February 12 that will mention the date of e-auction.
