Hyderabad:Wakes up to warm day, no more cold wave

Hyderabad and Rangareddy are no more in the radar of cold wave warning.

Hyderabad: Making the city a little warmer and giving solace from cold wave, the daytime temperature on Wednesday went three notches above the normal level, and stood at 30.5°C.

Since the past three days, after the India Meteorological Department had issued cold wave warning for the city in the first week of January, this is the first time when the maximum temperature reached at this point.

However, the recorded minimum temperature stood at 9.8°C, with a deviation of 5°C from the normal level.

January 3 is going to be the last day to have cold wave in the state and there have been no further warnings from the IMD as yet. 

Hyderabad and Rangareddy are no more in the radar of cold wave warning.

According to the IMD, the cold wave warnings are likely to prevail only in isolated districts like Adilabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Komaram Bheem, Nirmal, Karimnagar, Medak, Peddapalle.
