Thiruvananthapuram: Rajkumar’s wife Vijaya seeks CBI probe

Thiruvananthapuram: Rajkumar’s wife Vijaya called on Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday and demanded CBI probe into her husband’s custodial death.

The family also dema-nded compensation and a job for one of its members. “We met Chief Minister and submitted a petition demanding a CBI probe. He has assured that action will be taken. We will wait for two more days for his response,” Vijaya told a media persons.

She said the plan to start a satyagraha in front of Secretariat from Tuesday has been postponed in view of the assurance given by the Chief Minister. “We will launch our protest in two days if we don’t find any positive response from the government," she added.
