Hyderabad simmers at 42.5 degree celsius on Tuesday

The heat wave warning has been extended for Wednesday and Thursday.

Hyderabad: Adilabad recorded 45°C, the highest so far in this season, followed by 44°C in Nizamabad and Mahbubnagar.  While Ramagundam, Medak and Nalgonda stood at 43°C and Badrachalam, Hanmakonda, Hyderabad, Khammam recorded 42.5°C. 

The heat wave warning has been extended for Wednesday and Thursday. Maximum Temperatures are likely to be between 42°C and 44°C. Thunderstorms accompanied with gusty winds are likely to  occur at isolated places in a few districts.
