Chief hydrographer on 3-day visit to Visakhapatnam

Vice-Admiral Badhwar is on a maiden visit to the ENC after taking over as the chief hydrographer on January 19 this year.

Chief hydrographer to the Uniongovernment, Vice-Admiral Vinay Badhwar calls on Commander-in-Chief of Eastern Naval Command Vice-Admiral H.C.S. Bisht during his visit to ENC in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday.

Visakhapatnam: Vice-Admiral Vinay Badhwar, NM, Chief Hydrographer to the Government of India, has arrived in Visakhapatnam on a three-day visit.

Vice-Admiral Badhwar is on a maiden visit to the ENC after taking over as the chief hydrographer on January 19 this year.

During his visit, the chief hydrographer called on Vice-Admiral H.C.S. Bisht, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Naval Command and held discussions on professional issues.

Vice-Admiral Badhwar reviewed the hydrographic activities in the Eastern Naval Command and interacted with the officers and sailors of the Hydrographic branch onboard INS ships Darshak and Sandhayak.

The chief hydrographer is schedule to leave Visakhapatnam on March 1 after a detailed interactions with ENC officials.
