Vijayashanthi to head TPCC campaign panel
Among the changes, former MP Vijayashanthi has been appointed chairperson of the TPCC campaign committee.
Hyderabad: With a few changes, the AICC on Thursday on re-appointed several TPCC committees for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections which had earlier overeen the Assembly polls.
Among the changes, former MP Vijayashanthi has been appointed chairperson of the TPCC campaign committee. Mr Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, who held the post for the Assembly elections, vacated the post after becoming Congress Legislature Party leader. Ms Vijayashanthi was a star campaigner for the TPCC in the Asembly elections.
Mr Komatireddy Venkata Reddy who was TPCC publicity committee chairman lost the Assembly elections and made way for his brother and legislator Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy.
AICC general secretary R.C. Khuntia will continue as TPCC coordination committee chairman and TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy and others will continue as TPCC election committee members.
