Kakinada: Police arrested a woman on Friday who had stolen an infant from her parents at the Kakinada GGH.

I-Town inspector A.S. Rao said Palivela Lakshmi of Yeleswaram village, who had suffered abortions thrice earlier, had been admitted in the GGH for delivery. But this time too, the baby had to be aborted. She then decided to kidnap a two-day-old infant from the hospital.
