One Killed in Road Mishap

Visakhapatnam: A 30-year-old-man has died when he was hit by a speeding car near Ch Agraharam under Pusapatirega mandal in Vizianagaram district.

The deceased was identified as A. Chanakya, a native of Narasannapeta mandal in Srikakulam district and an employee with a private firm.

A speeding car hit him at high-speed while he was crossing the road near his workplace, resulting in his instant death. The police said that Chanakya’s marriage was held a few months ago. The police nabbed the driver of the car and are investigating.
