Hyderabad: The personal website of Union minister of state for home affairs G Kishan Reddy was reportedly hacked on Independence Day. A complaint was lodged with the Hyderabad cyber crime police on Tuesday and a case has been registered.

After the website (http://kishanreddy.com) was hacked, allegedly by Pakistan hackers, on August 15, the office of the minister lodged a complaint with the cyber crime police. The website is currently not accessible.

“The website only contained personal information about the minister and does not have any confidential information. The website has some photographs and other details of the minister. Following the complaint on August 25, a case has been registered and the investigation has been taken up,” said an officer in the cyber crime cell.
