Nellore:Woman arrested in hostel robbery case

Nellore: Nellore Chinna Bazaar police have detained a 28-year-old woman stealing valuables from women staying in hostels and recovered a gold chain, three mobile phones and three gold rings from her on Thursday.

The woman identified as Gongati Pravallika was living as paying guest in different hostels. She changes the hostels after stealing valuables from other hostel mates.

There were cases against her in different police stations in Nellore district.

She was previously convicted of robbery at the Vinjamur Police Station in 2013 and has got suspect Sheet No. 30 in the Police Station records.

She was apprehended on July 25 in connection with a case reported from the Ladies Hostel.
