Swarupanandendra Saraswati condemns propaganda

The seer reminded that former chief minister late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy had issued a GO banning pagan propaganda.

Vijayawada: Reacting to the complaint by a devotee against an advertisement on an RTC bus ticket, Visakha Sarada Peetham seer Swami Swaroopanandendra Saraswati called it a pagan propaganda.

He said that the incident of pagan propaganda on the Tirumala-bound bus was an act of wickedness and condemned it, saying that the act offends Hindu sentiments and affects the sanctity of the Hindu Temple Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams.

He said that he had taken the issue to the notice of Chief Secretary L.V. Subrahmanyam and demanded the government bring an end to this conspiracy.

The seer reminded that former chief minister late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy had issued a GO banning pagan propaganda. He demanded Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has to conduct a review on the GO issued earlier by Rajasekhar Reddy’s government.

The seer reminded that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is famous across the globe and such incidents would hurt the feelings of Hindus across the globe. Hence the government has to take stern action against the culprits involved in the issue.

Swaroopanandendra condemned the issue from Rushikesh who was in Chaturmasa Deeksha.
