Hyderabad: SR Nagar police arrested four men for kidnapping a 24 year old man earlier this week and remanded them to judicial custody. 

According to the Police Inspector of SR Nagar, Mohd Waheeduddin, the arrested four were identified as Sudhir, Akash, Sai and Deepak. 

 "Sudhir suspected that Madhava Rao, 24, is having an affair with his wife and gather the others and hatched a plan to kidnap him. 

Accordingly, on April 16, the gang met and kidnapped Madhava and took him away in a car and roughed him up" the official said. 

 Soon after his sudden disappearance, a missing case was booked at SR Nagar police station and an investigation was started. 

Later, the case was altered to kidnap and the four men were arrested on Friday. 

 They were booked under relevant sections of IPC and were sent to judicial remand.
