Police launch hunt for burglar who robbed 5 houses in Adambakkam

Chennai: The city police are searching for a burglary suspect who robbed five houses on two different streets in Adambakkam. In a similar case, a software engineer Jenish (29) a resident of the same street was robbed of his mobile phone, a laptop that he kept in a cupboard in his house.

In the third case, Boopathi (67) a resident of the Parthasarathy Street in Adambakkam was a retired government employee survives with his wife had left the city on Sunday evening to attend a relative’s function at Andhra.

Jewelries and cash were robbed off from his house. In another case, Vinodhini (28) software engineer and a resident of Kumaran Street in Adambakkam left home on Sunday to stay in a friend’s place. When her house was burgled. 

In the fifth case, Padma, a constable and a resident of Kumarappan Street in Adambakkam was on night duty when her house was burgled. The incident came to light as the burglars broke into  the houses.
