Hyderabad: The Central zone Task Force team busted an 11-member gang which had been formed by merging two groups. The used to snatch cell phones
and steal automobiles. Police seized 27 two-wheelers, an autorickshaw and mobile phones, all worth Rs 25 lakh, from them.

Hyderabad police commissioner Anjani  Kumar said one Abdul Wahed, 35, an autorickshaw driver, had formed a gang with Mohd Althaf, Syed Jameel, Amer  
and a minor, among others.

“Wahed knew how to start a bike without the help of keys and the gang strated stealing two-wheelers. Ano-ther gang of Harshavar-dhan, Abhishek, Uday, Ki-ran, Abhilash and Mallesh colluded with them.”
