Hyderabad: Sub-registrars Rachakonda Srinivas Rao, Tummalapally Ramesh Chandra Reddy and Mohd Yousuf, who were accused in the Miyapur land scam and were out on bail, surrendered before the special court for ACB cases on Thursday. The court remanded them to judicial custody till November 29. Their bail had been cancelled by the High Court.

After they were named accused in the Miyapur land scam, a case was also registered by the Anti Corruption Bureau against the three for having disproportionate assets and were arrested. Meanwhile, they secured bail and walked out prison. Challenging the court orders, the ACB approached the High Court seeking their bail cancellation.
