Bengaluru: Fight over curry, woman hangs self

Bengaluru: A 45-year-old housewife ended her life after her husband reportedly chided her for not preparing a tasty curry. The incident took place at Cholarapalya in K.P. Agrahara police station limits on Friday night.

The deceased, Nagalakshmi, was married to Srinivas. The police said that the couple had a strained relationship and fought over trivial issues. While having dinner on Friday night, Srinivas reportedly chided her for curry not being tasty. 
This led to a fight between the couple and soon after Nagalakshmi hanged herself.

The K.P. Agrahara police, who have registered an unnatural death case, are yet to question the family members to know more about the reasons that led to the wife hanging herself.
