Hyderabad: Following their major sex-racket bust, officials from the anti-human trafficking unit (AHTU) of Cyberabad police arrested three more persons involved in eight flesh trade cases.

As part of their flesh trade racket, they posted details of about 800 women from different states on social media platforms, said police.

The accused were identified as Lomada Rama Subbareddy, alias Revanth/Harsha, an advocate into real estate, Habib Prabakar alias Rahul/Abhijith and Dasari Chaithanya alias Chaitu, said the police, adding that they brought victims from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, West Bengal and Mumbai by operating a call centre from Hyderabad and posting information online.

“Subbareddy posts free advertisements in Locanto application using different mail IDs, maintains call centres and also creates fake Aadhaar cards. He charges Rs 1,500 from the customers and pays Rs 600 to the victim. He has forced 600 victims into prostitution. Prabakar worked as OYO hotel manager in Gowlidoddi, during which an organiser called Sameer approached him and informed that he will make his victims stay in the hotel. When he was working at another OYO in Anjaiah Nagar, Sameer started his prostitution racket. Meanwhile, Chaithanya supplied around 200 victims and received Rs 300 from Subbareddy as a cut,” explained the officials.
