Cricket betting gang busted

HYDERABAD: Special Operations Team of Rachakonda commissionerate’s LB Nagar zone busted a racket organising betting on the Asia Cup 2022 final match held between Pakistan and Sri Lanka in a hair salon on Sunday.

The organisers Chandragiri Mahesh and Manikonda Pandu were arrested while the main organiser Ravi Pana Chand is absconding.

Rs 3.50 lakh and other material used for betting were also seized.
