Thiruvananthapuram; The Museum police has registered a case against Mr Binoy Jacob, vice-president,  Air India SATS Airports Services Private Ltd. (AISATS),  for sexually harassing a woman  subordinate. The case was registered after the woman approached ADGP B. Sandhya with a complaint against Mr Jacob. As per the complaint, Mr Jacob had used sexually explicit language to talk to the women employees  a few times.

"The victims are working as administrators with AISATS, a ground handling agency. The incident happened a few months back and she reported this to the top brass of the company. An internal inquiry also is learnt to be in progress in connection with the case. She had orally complained about this to the ADGP earlier. On tendering a written complaint,  we registered a case against Mr Jacob on Friday," said Museum Circle Inspector P. Anilkumar. He has been booked under section 354 of IPC for outraging  a woman’s modesty. He was yet to be taken to custody at the time of going to print.
