Kakinada: Kakinada second AJFCM Court Judge M. Prasanna Lakshmi sentenced a man Dadi Raja Gopalakrishna to three years in jail for cheating in addition to fining him ₹10,000.

According to Two Town police, the accused introduced himself as a manager of Inox in Kakinada in 2015 and promised Sayyad Ilias alias Munna of Kirlampudi village to get him the contract for air condition works in Inox theatres, provided Munna paid him ₹44 lakh.

Though Gopalakrishna received money, Munna did not get any contract work. Following this, Munna complained to Kakinada Two town police who registered a cheating case against Raja Gopalakrishna.
