Six live bullets found in passenger's bag at RGIA

The matter was immediately reported to the incharge sub-inspector of CISF.

Hyderabad: There was a bit of drama at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad on Sunday when a passenger was found to be carrying six live bullets and was promptly arrested.  

On Sunday at around 8 am, six live bullets were found in the bag of one Khaja Pasha, an employee of the immigration department at the airport.  

The matter was immediately reported  to the incharge sub-inspector of CISF.  

Khaja Pasha was carrying two bullets of 9 mm and four of 0.32 mm.  He could not provide any supporting documents or a valid licence to justify his possession of the ammunition. 

A case has been booked under relevant sections of the IPC.
