Kalaniketan MD arrested by Andhra Pradesh police

Hyderabad: Kalaniketan director Laxmisharada was arrested by AP Police on Monday. Ms Laxmisharada and her husband Leela Kumar, the MD of Kalaniketan, were accused of not paying around Rs 9 crore to the weavers at Dharmavaram for the material purchased from them. The couple was arrested from their home here by police from Dharmavaram in Andhra Pradesh.
