Thrissur: 4 from Nigeria arrested for online fraud

Thrissur: Crime Branch on Friday sleuths arrested four online fraudsters from Nigeria from Bangalore for diverting more than Rs 21.8 lakh from the NRI account of a businessman at Bank of Baroda Branch in Guruvayur.
The arrested persons are Christian Obeji, Paskal Ahiyad, Samson and Akela Filibi. They reached Bangalore by arranging Indian visa citing educational and medical purposes and were found over staying in India, by CB.
The master mind of the fraud, Akela, is now building a mansion in Nigeria as the details of this construction was found in this bank.
