Civil Judge Court Inaugurated In Singarayakonda
The New court would accelerate case resolution and help ensure timely justice.
NELLORE: The Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court was inaugurated in Singarayakonda on Sunday in a grand ceremony attended by judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court and district officials.
Justice Tarlada Rajasekhar Rao, Administrative Judge for Prakasam district, unveiled the court plaque, while Justice K. Manmadha Rao inaugurated the court building.
Justices Gannamaneni Ramakrishna Prasad and Dr Y. Lakshmana Rao inaugurated the court offices. The judges were welcomed with traditional Poorna Kumbham.
Justice Rajasekhar Rao stated that the establishment of the court would significantly enhance access to justice in the region.
Justice Manmadha Rao observed that the new court would relieve local advocates of the burden of travelling to Kandukur, calling it a long-awaited facility.
Justice Ramakrishna Prasad expressed confidence that the court would serve a large number of litigants, and Justice Lakshmana Rao noted that Singarayakonda’s serene and spiritually significant environment made it a fitting location for a court.
District Collector A. Thamim Ansariya and Superintendent of Police A.R. Damodar said the new court would accelerate case resolution and help ensure timely justice.
Principal District Judge A. Bharathi presided over the event. Judges from across the erstwhile Prakasam district and Bar Association leaders were present and honoured the High Court judges.
