Cars24’s First All-Women Hub Becomes Top Performer In Delhi NCR
The company said every role at the hub, including car advisors, operations managers and hub leadership, is handled by women. The hub follows the same targets and performance measures as other Cars24 hubs.
Cars24 said its all-women automotive hub in Saket became the highest-performing hub in the company’s Delhi NCR network within one month of launch. The hub, located at DLF South Court in Saket, sold more than 100 cars and recorded 55% financing penetration during the period.
The company said every role at the hub, including car advisors, operations managers and hub leadership, is handled by women. The hub follows the same targets and performance measures as other Cars24 hubs.
Cars24 said the initiative was launched to study how customer interaction and dealership operations change when women manage the full retail process, including sales, financing, delivery and operations.
Vikram Chopra, Founder and CEO of Cars24, said the automotive sector has mostly been operated by men for many years and the Saket hub was created to test a different model through operations rather than discussion.
The company said male employees and leaders also supported the project by helping identify gaps in representation and building the model.
Cars24 currently has more than 6,800 employees, including 951 women. Following the results in Delhi NCR, the company plans to launch similar women-led hubs in Mumbai and Bengaluru and is considering adding women mechanics and service professionals in future operations.
