All IndiGo Domestic Flights From Delhi Airport Cancelled For Today

Delhi Airport issued an advisory stating that all IndiGo domestic flights departing from the airport are cancelled until midnight today, December 5. Operations for all other carriers remain as scheduled, said the advisory.
“Our dedicated on-ground teams are working diligently with all partners to mitigate the disruption and ensure a comfortable passenger experience,” Delhi Airport said in its advisory.
IndiGo is experiencing a sharp rise in cancellations, and passengers across various airports have voiced strong frustration as operations remain disrupted, leaving many stranded.
According to news agency PTI, IndiGo has cancelled more than 400 flights, and a large number of flights were delayed at various airports on Friday. PTI reported that over 100 flights were cancelled at Bengaluru airport and around 90 flights at Hyderabad airport.
IndiGo has been facing operational disruptions due to cabin crew woes and other factors. The civil aviation ministry and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) are closely monitoring the situation, as the disruptions have continued for the past few days, PTI reported.
