"I have been working for PVR the past 15 years and it is a tremendous journey. I thank our CEO Gautam Dutta and Shalu Sabharwal for their encouragement during these 15 years. The work space is very liberated that I enjoy it every day," says Meena.

She is happy that she got to work with PVR since it's professionally very difficult to work in a company like that. Meena explains "If Deepika Padukone can join the 100 crore club in her first movie Om Shanti Om, why can't I succeed in the multiples business?" And her company played a major role to achieve the feat. "It feels remarkable when your portfolio is added with a brand name like PVR," she adds.

Meena was born in Coimbatore to parents running a kids garment unit. She owes her confidence to her father who inculcated an independent way of thinking in her at a very young age.  She now has two girl children.

"Raising my kids all alone was never a tough task for me. I'm blessed to have my girls; they gain a lot of confidence like me. My job helps them to interact with lot of celebs in the industry too."

Meena also likes cooking food for her family at least 15 days in a month. She says that her mother was a very good cook.

Meena's association with movie production companies has paved way for her interaction with actors like Vishal and Prasanna who have been a  good support to her family.

After hearing the magical words "believe someone apart from your family" from Sadhguru, Meena has adopted two elderly women. She treats them like her family. Wanting to give the best to her children and career, Meena has turned out be a fine administrator and an excellent mother.
