Travelling from one place to another becomes easier when the crew flying with you are cordial because then it easily makes the journey better. A passenger flying with Southwest Airlines was in for a surprise when she recently boarded her flight; it was one of a kind but was probably the best one she had ever received.

According to a media report, the video posted by Jennifer Todd, a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines shows the pilot Captain John Charles Ritchie proudly announcing a rare feat to all his passengers. The pilot announced that he had been working with the airlines for the past 22 years and had kept record of all his passengers since then and was proud to be flying his 1 millionth passenger on the day.

Interestingly, to mark the occasion, the pilot decided to gift the passenger a bottle of champagne, an autographed copy of her boarding pass and also an envelope with the money she paid for her ticket. The other passengers were in awe of the gesture and couldn’t believe how lucky the person was but at the same time really happy for her.
