An elephant calf at a farm in Thailand can’t seem to get enough of cuddling the tourists that line up to see him. Nampuu – which means ‘fountain’ in Thai language – has surprised many visitors by climbing on top of them and playfully wrapping his trunk around their heads.

The loveable baby elephant’s super-cute antics have made him a star attraction at Patara Elephant Farm in the city of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The farm allows tourists to take part in an ‘Elephant Owner for the Day’ package tour which gives them a chance to learn what goes about in rearing and caring for elephants, reports the Daily Mail.

It is heartening to know that Nampuu has come a long way from being an underweight newborn elephant at just 148lbs (the average weight for elephant newborns is 220lbs) to everybody’s favourite elephant at the farm.
