In a mush'y state of mind

Sandalwood actress Hitha Chandrashekar shares with us her recipe for a healthy starter Saut©ed mushroom.

Ingredients  
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped garlic- 1
Chopped green chili- 1
Chopped onion - 1
Olive oil 1tbsp
Butter two tsp
2 tsp oregano
Salt, tt

Method
Add oil to a pan.
Once heated, add finely chopped garlic and  two green chillies (if you want it spicy) and sauté till the garlic starts to caramelise. Now, add sliced mushrooms. Add a little butter to give the dish an enhanced flavour. Sprinkle over the oregano and salt. Saute for a minute and serve alongside herb rice or as a starter or a quick healthy snack. 
Mushroom sauté can be had alongside herbed rice, eaten as a starter or a quick healthy snack.
