Priyamani opens Kerala Fashion League
For the first time, KFL will be hosted at Kozhikode during the last week of May.
Kozhikode: Cine actress Priyamani launched the 5th edition of Kerala Fashion League, a mega fashion event, on Tuesday at Kozhikode. For the first time, KFL will be hosted at Kozhikode during the last week of May. “The major mission of KFL is to promote local designers and display their collections along with the leading brands in the country. To help these designers, we will be sourcing international and nationally acclaimed models in addition to actresses from both the South and North Indian film industry,” said Abhil Dev, the founder of KFL.
It also gives young aspiring models and designers an opportunity to display their talent, he added. More than 100 models would be walking the ramp at Kozhikode and it would be for the first time the city would host a mega fashion event, Abhil claimed. In addition to the amateur designers and models, leading models and celebrity show stoppers will walk the ramp to showcase the collections of top designers.
