Make-up artist Jasmine from California creates one-of-a-kind facial art with dead insects.

It may sound creepy to have such a thing on your face, but the finished product is stunning.

She's practically used it all, from butterflies to slugs, The Sun reported.

In November 2017, she even launched her new artwork, the Insect Eyes Art series.

To those who cannot understand her art, The Sun quoted her as saying: "I understand if this is gross to you or you have a hard time understanding this type of art, but this is a biproduct of MY creativity. Commenters that choose to bully will not be tolerated.

"I don’t even like handling bugs and some of them scare me…. But I still have appreciation."

She also wanted to her followers on Instagram to know, none of the bugs used were killed.

"None of these were killed! I would NEVER harm any living creature for the sake of art," she is quoted as saying by The Sun.
