Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa Invites Guests to a Halloween Dinner at Gingerfire
Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa invites guests to celebrate Halloween on 31 October with a special evening at Gingerfire, the resort’s all-day dining restaurant. A dedicated Halloween menu has been created for the night, bringing together flavours from across Italian, Asian and Indian kitchens with seasonal and festive touches. A selection of themed beverages, crafted to match the spirit of the occasion, completes the experience. The evening is open to in-house guests as well as diners from across Hyderabad.
The dinner is laid out as a series of themed live stations. The Devil’s Sushi Bar serves the Red Devil Tuna Tartare and the Black Dragon Roll with tempura prawn and seared salmon, while the Angel’s Bao Counter fills soft steamed buns with Korean BBQ Mushroom or honey-glazed Char Siu Pork. Spooky Chaat Street brings the Devil’s Pani Puri and Black Magic Dahi Puri to the table, and the Trick or Treat Bites open the feast with Witch’s Finger Croquettes and Black Magic Arancini with a molten mozzarella centre.
At the Haunted Carving House, the Graveyard Porchetta shares the spotlight with the Devil’s Lamb Leg Raan-e-Khaas, carved fresh at the station. The evening also features a Grazing Table, a Ghostly BBQ Pit and a Witch’s Cauldron Pasta counter, and the Vampire’s Dessert Castle brings the night to a sweet close.
The drinks carry the theme too, with Halloween signature pours such as Black Magic, a vodka and blackberry twist on the classic Bramble, and the fiery Hellfire, made with tequila, lime and Sriracha. Several more signature pours join them on the list. Among the collection of zero-proof cocktails is the Pumpkin Potion, a golden blend of pumpkin, apple, lime and cinnamon finished with ginger ale.
Together with the resort’s signature hospitality, the evening is a memorable way to celebrate Halloween this year.
