Hyderabad: This September, Novotel Hyderabad Airport invites diners to set sail on a vibrant culinary journey with “Coastline Caravan”, a celebration of the diverse flavours, aromas, and culinary traditions inspired by India’s coastlines.
Held every Saturday in September at Food Exchange, the experience brings the spirit of the seaside to the city with an indulgent spread of coastal-inspired delicacies. Guests can savour an array of live seafood grills, tandoori specialties, and aromatic curries, bringing together bold spices, fresh flavours and time-honoured cooking techniques.

The culinary spread features an array of live seafood and meat grills, including Peri-Peri Prawns, Goan Recheado Fish, Herb-Grilled Squid, Tandoori Pomfret and Coastal Pepper Lamb Chops, alongside vegetarian favourites such as Char-Grilled Pineapple with Chilli Lime Butter, Coastal Tandoori Baby Potatoes, Grilled Paneer with Coconut & Curry Leaf Marinade and Tandoori Broccoli. These are complemented by fresh accompaniments such as Pineapple Mango Salsa, Smoked Tomato Salsa, and Lemon Aioli.
