Visakhapatnam job fair provides employment to 1,828 youth

 Visakhapatnam: A two-day job fair organised by APSSDC at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, concluded on Saturday with 1,828 unemployed youth securing employment in diverse sectors. The event held at MAVP junior college and Alwar polytechnic college witnessed participation of 86 companies ranging from marketing to software.

A total of 1,256 job opportunities were provided on the first day of the job fair, with 572 more on the second day.

Gade Sridhar Reddy, stated that 1,992 skill hubs had been established through AP Skill Development Corporation with 26 skill colleges launched in Lok Sabha constituencies. The APSSDC trained a significant number of youth with 1,35,184 securing jobs in various fields.
