Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) on Monday received 66 grievances from citizens during Prajavani conducted at its head office here.

The citizens brought their grievances directly before the Commissioner and Heads of Departments. Of the 66 grievances, 51 related to town planning, eight to engineering wing, two each to sanitation and urban biodiversity and one pertained to electrical, revenue (property tax) and election.

The CMC Commissioner G Srijana interacted with citizens, reviewed the issues raised, and directed the departments concerned to examine each grievance and ensure timely follow-up.

Each grievance has been registered with a unique grievance ID and tracking link, enabling citizens to track its status.
