Phenom, through its corporate social responsibility arm Phenom Cares, has concluded a community outreach drive in Hyderabad in partnership with Bayireddi Foundation, benefiting over 750 individuals across underserved communities.

The initiative deployed ₹5 lakh raised through a combination of corporate CSR funds and voluntary employee contributions to deliver need-based support across four key segments. Over 200 families in two HITEC City slum communities received essential groceries and daily-use supplies. More than 250 children at Cheers Foundation were provided with educational materials, stationery and recreational games. At Joy Foundation, over 50 elderly residents received clothing and vital essentials. The drive also extended support to more than 250 underprivileged and orphaned girls at Sai Seva Sangh, contributing resources toward their education and residential care.
