Hyderabad: Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, a globally acclaimed leader in advancing women’s development and growth in the healthcare industry deepens their purpose in India. Bringing this important agenda to fore, they held roundtable discussion 'The Healthcare She-E-O: Women at the Helm' in the city at Novartis Corporate Center with leaders from Novartis, Eli Lilly, ZS Associates, Sanofi, Syneos Health, MSD and Pfizer and deliberated on how they could galvanize a sustainable growth chart for this cause.
Three key points that emerged are:
- The role of men as champions for gender balance
- Prioritizing health for the women in healthcare
- Representation and equal pay for women at workplace
