Nagesh Kukunoor hosts special screening for Dhanak cast and B-town celebs

Vivek Oberoi was also spotted at the screening.
Actress Bhumi Pednekar was also spotted at the screening. She is currently working on her second film titled 'Manmarziyan'.
\"Dhanak is a happy film which I did to remind myself the world is not an altogether bad place, a far cry from my previous directorial Lakshmi which was a gut-wrenching story on trafficking,\" said director Nagesh Kukunoor.

'Dhanak' narrates the adventures a blind boy, Chotu, and his sister, Pari who are orphans and live with their uncle and aunt in a village in Rajasthan. Pari promises Chotuto give him his eyesight back by his ninth birthday. (Seen here: Sandhya Mridul)
Stars like Dia Mirza and her husband Sahil Sangha, 'Angry Indian Goddesses' stars Sandhya Mridul and Tannishtha Chatterjee along with Vivek Oberoi attended the screening to show their support.
At the 65th Berlin International Film Festival in 2015, Dhanak participated in the Generation KPlus section. It won the Crystal Bear Grand Prix for Best Children's Film along with a Special Mention for the Best Feature Film by The Children's Jury for Generation Kplus.
Hetal Gada also put on her best floral printed skirt that she paired with a bright pink top and a blue necklace.
Krrish Chhabria, who plays the leading role of a blind boy Chotu, suited up for the premiere.
Director Nagesh Kukunoor called on his closest friends from the industry, to join his cast at the first screening of the film.
