John Abraham and Varun Dhawan were snapped at an event where the duo shared some fitness tips.

Varun was later spotted posting on a Rickshaw after he met and greeted the driver. The actor happily posed for few clicks before he moved towards his car.
\"I don't have a strict diet as my metabolism is too high. Pizza and brownie with ice-cream is my weakness,\" said.
The 29-year-old Varun said his director father David Dhawan wasn't too much into fitness but things seem to be changing now.
\"One should dedicate at least an hour to fitness, be it Yoga or anything else. Working out shouldn't tire you, it should rejuvenate you. One needs to be fit and flexible,\" John said
When asked who Varun idolizes, the actor said, \"Look at Akshay Kumar, he has been fit for so many years despite injuries. Akshay has tremendous fitness level. I wish when I grow that old if I can be that fit then it will be great.\"
They even invited over female journalists and thought them some fitness moves by demonstrating it in front of everyone.
John and Varun invited media at a gym and gave away some free tips to a healthy fit life.
On the sideline of promoting their film, the two decided to spread a healthy message across.
With just few days to go for their film's release, John Abraham and Varun Dhawan are leaving no stone unturned with 'Dishoom's promotions.
