Zee Telugu Invites Aspiring Screenwriters To Join Writers Room In Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Zee Telugu, a pioneer in bringing powerful stories to television screens, is now turning the spotlight on the storytellers. Zee Writers Room, aligned with Zee's ‘Yours Truly, Z’ philosophy, is a creative movement to enhance content across its TV, digital, and film platforms by discovering fresh storytelling talent. Zee Telugu is now auditioning writers in Hyderabad on 30th August, Saturday.

Zee Telugu’s latest initiative aims to provide a launchpad for emerging storytellers from AP & Telangana. By tapping into raw, local talent, Zee Telugu seeks to build a strong creative pipeline for its upcoming content across all platforms. Participants will go through a written test, and those shortlisted will move to the next round of evaluations by experts. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to join the Writers Room, where they will be mentored by industry professionals and contribute ideas for Zee’s upcoming projects. The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation from hundreds of writers and writing enthusiasts across Nellore, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam, who seized this opportunity to hone their skills and connect with industry experts. This vibrant response underscores the program's impact in empowering India's next generation of storytellers.
