Film actor Venkatesh in Adarsha Kutumbam movie

The makers of Parnasala are worried that the use of a song from their upcoming film in Venkatesh-starrer Adarsha Kutumbam could affect their film’s prospects. Producer Manchi Venkat has expressed strong displeasure over the use of the song ‘Jim Jim Tara’ without their permission.

The producer pointed out that the 15-second song was used in a scene featuring Venkatesh in Adarsha Kutumbam. He said that using a song from a yet-to-be-released small film in another movie could hurt its prospects, particularly when the makers are trying hard to bring their film to audiences.

Speaking to the media, Manchi Venkat said that ‘Jim Jim Tara’ had already been officially released through Aditya Music and alleged that its use in another film without permission could cause financial losses to Parnasala. He expressed concern that such practices could make it even more difficult for small films to survive in the industry.

Appealing for support, the producer urged everyone to ‘save the small film’. Meanwhile, Parnasala is gearing up for its theatrical release, and the controversy surrounding ‘Jim Jim Tara’ has brought the film into the spotlight.
